About Us
Our story begins in the year 2007 when it seemed like everyday as we read the paper or listened to the news ... another pet food or treat was being recalled.
We had purchased some homemade dog biscuits at a craft show in late 2005 and our dogs just loved them. Because this event is only once a year, we began trying our hand at making our own treats; starting out at first with just plain cookies and dog biscuits, and then began looking for natural, healthy ingredients.
Through trial and error, even the pickiest of our doggies, gave them their paws up approval. We have always enjoyed baking for our family members, and there's no one more faithful and loving than our 4-legged children and grandchildren.
We then decided to share our homemade gourmet treats with others and soon had requests for our homemade canine delicacies. Since these treats were in such demand, they needed a name. After some thought and because we are a female owned business and live in the Kaw Valley Region of Kansas, these canine delicacies became "Kaw-She Bones".
Soon after, we had requests for lightweight collars, comfort harnesses and toys. So we went back to the drawing board and learned that all dogs (mini to Large) prefer comfort harnesses. Our comfort harnesses have been used on cats, small dogs (as little as 3-4 lbs), and bunnies, even pet pigs and iguanas. We are one of the few companies that have harnesses and collars for the tiniest of pets.
Our accessories are a unique design ... Therefore, products can be adjusted and special ordered to fit your specific pets size or needs.
We prepare all our treats, accessories and toys with the same love and attention as if making for our very own family members. We know in our hearts that these special friends who give us unforgiving love, deserve something homemade and special.
We hope with sincerity that your special canine 'friends and family members' will love them too.

You have come to the most unique dog site you’ll find online for your best friend, with the kind of treats and rewards your dog deserves! We love animals, and hope you share our passion for animals. If you are looking for homemade gourmet dog treats, comfort harnesses, collars, toys or even the walk-me leash for the hard to walk dogs, you've came to the right place. You’ll note we offer both “Dog Treats” and “Toys” plus many other products. These can be found via the menu to the left.
It’s all about treating your best friends with the love they deserve. Sometimes, what they need is a canine delicacy on their birthday or getting them a new toy or accessory (collar, harness, etc.).
We also bring variety to the mix ... all of our treats and toys are made by hand so no two will look exactly alike. Few companies do this, but Pet Delights is designed to make it simple, fun, and reasonable.
Our customers keep telling us they’re pets love the cookies ... and our comfort harnesses and collars are lightweight and machine washable.
Our treats are made in the state of Kansas. If you’re somewhere else, we can ship treats, toys and/or accessories right to your front door.
How are the dog treats made? We use premium ingredients which are flour, baking powder, eggs, peanut butter chips, whole grain oats, and many other healthy ingredients. All dog bones are hand dipped and decorated with peanut butter, carob, and/or yogurt.

I just attended the Topeka Farmer’s Market and bought some Liver Muffins and a small fleece squeaker toy for my Mini Schnauzer, Cassie, and my
Shih Tzu, Kira. I went home and gave the squeaker toy to them to play with; thinking they would share the toy like they usually do, I only bought one. BIG MISTAKE!!!
Kira latched on to that toy and would NOT put it down; Cassie kept trying to play tug-of-war with her but Kira would just take the toy and runaway with
it! Well, after watching how successful this toy was, I really wanted to try the Liver Muffins out. Needless to say, those were a big hit as well – but I
actually had to pry the toy out of Kira’s mouth to get her to try one!
You can bet that I will be buying another toy for Cassie and some of your muffin mix very soon!!!

Subject: Your Dog Treats Are Awesome
I wanted to take a moment to tell you how much my dog loved your dog biscuits. Chester tried the carob, white, and peanut butter flavors and loved
them all.
He is the only dog I know of that doesn't like peanut butter so I was a little wary of that one, but he gobbled it down just like the others! I also loved
the fact that even though they disappeared quickly, it still took a few minutes to get through them. Unlike the treats you buy in the grocery store that
claim to last for a long time and don't, these actually do last a little while.

Hi Guys,
I just wanted to let you know that I took the catnip squidster that I purchased from you at the Pioneer Assembly Craft Fair and just laid it on the floor in
from of my cat "Trooper." He jumped up and rolled it around on the floor then started rolling all over it himself. I tried to take it away from him (just to see what he would do), but no deal. It was his and he wasn't letting it go! He carried it around for several days and then found a safe hiding place for it.
I highly recommend your cat toys for anyone with a playful pet.

You guys nailed it! Not only do my pets love the treats....my son and his father dig them also!! (Whenever we get a snack pack my son has to have the
first pick.) I have 11 month old American Bulldog, she destroys all of her toys. We bought a pull rope 5 months....still completely intact. Thanks girls!

I bought the large peanut butter and yogurt for my dog malakai. HE LOVES THEM! In fact, he prefers those now over any treat. He has to lick
everything off the top first before chewing up the treat. Just like the way we humans eat the middle of a sandwich cookie first. Thank a bunch. He's a picky one too.
